Getting the windows in is only part of the process. Renewal by Andersen of Colorado Springs and Denver found that maintaining constant contact from contract signing to installation was the key to establishing the kind of satisfactory customer experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.

RBA of Colorado Springs and Denver's showrooms allow customers to see windows against a variety of textures and finishes. There are toys and DVDs to occupy kids while parents shop. Two-thirds of those who visit a showroom ultimately make a purchase.
