The Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Affordable Exteriors LLC of Bloomer, Wisconsin, has allowed its employees to work without fall protection equipment. Again. The agency claimed seven company workers were spotted at heights of up to 25 feet at a residential job site without any safety gear. OSHA lodged two willful and three serious citations and proposed fines totaling more than $112,000 stemming from the inspection in April. It's the fourth time Affordable Exteriors has been cited for not providing fall protection at job sites in Wisconsin and Minnesota. OSHA said the company has yet to respond to the complaint, and the company could not be reached for comment.
